Using Festery

These terms cover the Festery website and the event experiences we provide. They apply when you book an event with us, set one up, or take part in one as a guest.

Organizer responsibilities

Event organizers are responsible for the content, invitations, participant notices and lawful use of Festery at their events.

Guest participation

Guests must not upload or submit unlawful, abusive or rights-infringing content. Festery may remove content or restrict access where necessary to operate the service safely.

Availability

Festery aims to provide reliable event experiences but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability in all network, venue or device conditions.

Payments, cancellations and refunds

Festery events are quoted individually. Price, payment terms, cancellation windows and any refund conditions are agreed in writing before an event is confirmed, and the terms agreed for your event apply alongside these.

Intellectual property

Festery retains rights in its software, design and branding. Users retain rights in content they submit, subject to the permissions necessary to display and operate that content within the service.
