This policy explains what personal data Festery collects through this website and our event experiences, how we use it, and how you can ask us to remove it.

Information we may collect

Information submitted through contact forms, newsletter forms, account or event setup flows, technical usage information, and content intentionally uploaded by users to Festery experiences.

How we use information

To provide the service, operate events, respond to enquiries, improve products, maintain security, and communicate with users where permitted.

Event content

Some Festery products may involve photos, answers, music requests or other guest contributions. The event organizer is responsible for using the experience appropriately and for providing any notices required for their event.

Processors and hosting

This website is hosted on Cloudflare. We work with a small number of providers for hosting, storage, email and enquiry handling, and we put data-processing agreements in place with them where required. Analytics are only loaded if you consent to them.

Retention and deletion

Content created during an event — photos, answers, votes and similar contributions — is kept for the period agreed with the event organizer and deleted afterwards. Enquiry and newsletter details are kept until you ask us to remove them.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Guests who appear in content uploaded at an event can ask for that content to be removed.
